'What if?' NEVER GIVE UP' was written from Beano’s own experience of suicidal thoughts. He feels the words could have 'saved' him in his darkest moments.
He believes that the words can give hope to others. That the song can 'reach out' to those who may be struggling.

Beano's words were 'given wings" by the wonderful Steve Pledger. Working in synergy the pair have created something which is truly beautiful. Something that captures the very essence of what it is to be human.

Words of support are often hard to find, a song can mean so much more than an e-card or a bunch of flowers. The person may be too far away to give them a hug.
Never Give Up can be 'gifted' to someone for as little as £1, but you can pay as much as you like. All income generated will go directly to RTProjects to help them to continue to save lives.

Beano says "The whole point of RTProjects is to use art to save lives and this song is an extension of that philosophy, my hope is that a life will be saved by Never Give Up"

I've purchased a fair few HDC albums now (and listened to the rest). Difficult to truly pick a stand out as all excellent, raw blues - but if pushed this one is my favourite. The song writing is first class throughout. It's maybe even slightly lighter in feel than some of the others, but this is still dirty af;) knightd68
